General Rules
To guarantee a fair and well-run photo club, kindly abide by these guidelines. Images that are submitted must be original to you. Accepted file types include.jpg,.jpeg,.png,.webp, and.gif. Each image's file size cannot be more than 1 MB; if it is, the server may remove it and it won't be graded. Up to three photos per category may be submitted by each participant. In order to send submissions to the club email address, we will create forms using the mailto protocol. Images shouldn't have watermarks or identifying text. Images should be courteous and family-friendly; subjects or pictures that are considered offensive or improper will be eliminated.
Judging & Voting
Voting will take place on this website's Vote page. Make sure your email client is set up to send mail if you decide to use our in-page voting form. Your vote will be sent via email using the mailto protocol. Judges will assess photos based on their composition, technical merit, and narrative. To help with accessibility, images must have title attributes and descriptive alt text. Each category's winners will be shown on the Gallery page. You consent to having your image used on this website and in class presentations by submitting it.
